Whether it's your first visit to the church property or you've been here many times, we want to make sure you feel confident navigating this event.

Arrival & Parking

The event will take place outdoors in the church parking lot, so all parking will be on the street. Please take this into account when planning your arrival. If you are able, we encourage walking to the event. Guests will be welcomed through a balloon arch at the base of the driveway. There will be no access through the church building for general entry. Please note: there is a short incline leading up to the parking lot. For anyone who might benefit from mobility assistance, we recommend being dropped off at the balloon arch while another person handles parking.

Restrooms

Portable restrooms will be available on-site. In addition, there is one accessible restroom available inside the church. This bathroom is wheelchair accessible and spacious enough for family use. Signage will guide you to its location.

Seating

Limited seating will be available in our outdoor dining area. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Most areas of the event should be accessible to individuals with mobility concerns. If you require any assistance during the event, please ask a volunteer in a baby blue staff t-shirt for help. Due to safety concerns and property guidelines, dogs are not permitted at this event.
